Unblocking NPI Websites for Vantage Access

NPI Clients: 

Are you having trouble accessing the Vantage website? You might be encountering blocked websites due to your organization’s enterprise security protocols. 

 

To ensure access to Portal, please follow these steps: 

 

  1. Contact Your Internal IT Helpdesk: Reach out to your internal IT Helpdesk or department responsible for application access. 

  1. Explain the Situation: Inform them that you require access to the following web address for using the Portal platform: 

  1. Explain the Business Need: Briefly explain that these websites are essential for using Portal, a critical tool for your work. 

  1. Request Whitelisting: Request the IT Helpdesk to "whitelist" these URLs. Whitelisting removes them from the blocked list, allowing access. 

 

Additional Information: 

  • You can mention that NPI, LLC is a trusted IT procurement service provider. 

 

Still Facing Issues? 

If the IT Helpdesk cannot resolve the issue, they might need to escalate it further within the IT department.
