NPI uses Postmark for transactional emails, such as password resets and notifications of upcoming tasks. Postmark is not used for marketing emails.
Explain the Business Need: Briefly explain that these websites are essential for using Portal, a critical tool for your work.
Request Whitelisting: Request the IT Helpdesk to "whitelist" these URLs. Whitelisting removes them from the blocked list, allowing access.
