This article explains how to export Supplier IQ reports from NPI Vantage as a PDF so you can easily share NPI research on a specific vendor or product.
Steps to Export Supplier Dynamics as a PDF
1. Open NPI Vantage
Log in to the NPI Vantage platform and ensure you are on the Vantage homepage.
2. Access Supplier Dynamics
From the top navigation ribbon, open the Supplier Resources drop-down menu.
Select Supplier Dynamics from the drop-down menu.
3. Search for the Vendor or Product
Use the search field to enter the vendor name or product name.
Run the search to generate the Supplier Dynamics report.
4. Open Supplier IQ
Locate the Supplier IQ tab, found next to “Recent News.”
Click the tab to open it.
5. Export the Report as PDF
On the right side of the Supplier IQ view, click the Export PDF button.
6. Download and Share the PDF
The PDF will download to your device and can be shared as needed.
