This step-by-step guide explains how to report a problem using the built‑in support tools in NPI Vantage Pro.
Steps to Report a Problem
1. Open the Help Menu
On the bottom-left corner of the screen, click the blue Help button (marked with a question mark).
2. Search for an Answer (Optional)
A help box will appear.
If you have a question, you can type it into the search bar to look for existing help articles.
3. Select “Contact Us”
If the search results do not answer your question, click the Contact Us button.
4. Review Your Information
After clicking Contact Us, your name and email will auto-fill in the form.
5. Enter the Issue Details
Fill out the following fields: - Subject – A short, one‑sentence summary of the issue. - Description – A detailed explanation of the problem. Add as much information as needed.
6. Choose the Type of Problem
Select the appropriate issue type: - Question - Problem - Feature Request
7. Set the Priority
Choose the priority level that best reflects the urgency of your issue.
8. Upload Supporting Files
You may upload: - Screenshots - Up to five files
You can also take a screenshot directly from your device if needed.
