Overview
The Vantage Pro Home page serves as the primary dashboard for managing renewals, tasks, and navigation across the platform. Access to certain features depends on user permission levels. Users with Read-Only access can view data but cannot edit or submit deals.
Home Page Navigation
From the Vantage Pro homepage, users can access:
- Home
- Smart Calendar
- Supplier Dynamics
- NPI Account
- Resources
- Blog
Focus Board
The Focus Board highlights upcoming renewals that are approaching critical timelines, including:
- Contracts in the Red Zone
- High-priority renewal opportunities
- At-risk negotiations
My Tasks
The My Tasks section displays:
- Tasks assigned to you
- Associated suppliers and contracts
- Due dates and progress status
Spend Visualizations
Scrolling down the Home page reveals interactive charts showing:
- Upcoming spend by supplier
- Spend by category (if configured by your administrator)
Charts can be:
- Downloaded using the chart menu
- Sorted by spend level
- Filtered by supplier or category
Quick Access Panels
Additional navigation panels on the right side of the Home page provide shortcuts to:
- View All Submitted Deals
- Request a Benchmark Report
- Supplier Dynamics insights
