Key Information Displayed

Smart Calendar displays:

• Number of contracts per vendor
• Total contract value
• Renewal dates
• Assigned tasks
• Previous analysis
• Pricing trends

Customizing the Smart Calendar View

Users can personalize their Smart Calendar by:

• Selecting which columns to display
• Including custom fields (if configured)
• Reordering columns via drag and drop

To manage columns:

1. Right-click any column header
2. Use the column management menu to:
   • Show or hide columns
   • Add filters
   • Sort ascending or descending

Configured views persist across sessions.

• Custom tags

Deal Summary Access

Clicking a contract name opens the Deal Summary, where users can access:
